School Prefects
Shodog Primary School has a unique system of leadership characterized mainly by student leadership. From the crack dawn of every school day, the running of the School outside and inside the classrooms is mainly by the school prefects who have for ages proved to be very effective in their mode of leadership.

The cleanliness of the compounds and even of the boys themselves is checked and corrected by the prefects and captain under the supervision of the teacher on duty. A challenge to them is that they must meet the conditions before they can check the fellow boys. This is normally not a problem to them. Their Hierarchical mode is as follows:

Islamic Affairs Student Administration
There is another important student leadership that shapes the spiritual affairs of the school. The need for spiritual guidance is inevitable in this Islamic environment. This group is responsible for observing religious affairs and morality in the school. They are highly placed students who are steadfast. They organize Islamic competition for the students and prepare sermons on Wednesdays.
The Islamic affairs’ student Administration follows this hierarchy:

The Managing Committee
The Managing Committee’s mandate is to oversee the day to day operational issues of the school. The Managing director of the school is sheikh Mohamedkheir Mohamed Noor

The overall responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of the centre is in the hands of the director.
